All I want to do is renew my URL

Re: Service Request Number 1-672147147

You've already wasted more than a month of my time and with my age and health problems, it's not something I can afford .

You know who I am, you have my email address, home address, phone number, credit card number, everything it takes to do the job, yet here we are, weeks later, with no end in sight.

And we've had this URL for close to 15 years now.

And I should point out that GoDaddy.com's CEO sends new customers an email message, asking for their input, while Network Solutions won't even give a 10 year plus customer Network Solution's CEOs name or mailing address...

Your appalling customer service is why I decided to move the URL  to GoDaddy.com but these same errors are also preventing that option (maybe Network Solution's CEO will see this blog)...

Additionally, I've submitted the proper forms twice, yet you have yet to respond and you've left me very little alternative, other than to go public with this problem.

You've extended the deadline 3 times but no one responds to my email messages, sometimes for a week at a time.

And, in case someone there actually reads this message, understands it, and finally does the right thing, you have old contact information as well as the wrong email address (THAT'S the problem!).

My next step is to post our previous correspondence online (do your job and I'll take this blog down).

Your move...

Dear Network Solutions 5:

On Friday, someone named Brian called me on the 1-800- 438-3662 number.

Unfortunately, I wasn't here at the time...

I tried calling him back today (I've been sick) and the person who answered the phone said it's not possible to speak with him.

I give up!

This farce has gone on long enough; go ahead and do what you're going to do and once the URL is available again, I'll buy it through another company

And if the guy who sued us for $100 Million when he essentially stole our concept, name, URL, etc swoops on it, I'll start looking around for a lawyer so Network Solutions can tell it to the judge.

Then again, maybe that's what this is all about...

Dear Mr. Kelly.

I am trapped in a two month long bureaucratic nightmare with Network Solutions.

I've been unable to make anyone there understand the problem(s) – 30 emails, half a dozen phone calls - so I put together a small blog.

Incidentally, your employees were not forthcoming with the CEO's name, mailing address, etc and I had to research it online...
